EasyFy, developed by Lionsforge, is built with a strict "Privacy First" approach. Our application is designed to work autonomously directly on your device, without relying on external servers to function.
We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on external servers.
Your usernames and passwords are encrypted and stored safely on your own device. They are never recorded in plain text, and we have no access to them.
EasyFy requires specific system permissions solely to provide its core features:
Android requires apps to have location permissions simply to read the name of the Wi-Fi network you are currently connected to. We only use this to identify if you are on a network that needs an automatic login. We do not track, collect, or monitor your physical location.
The app uses a background service to detect when you connect to a saved Wi-Fi network so it can log you in automatically, without you needing to open the app.
To help you troubleshoot Wi-Fi connection issues, the app creates temporary diagnostic logs:
These logs are stored exclusively on your device and are automatically deleted after 7 days.
The app automatically hides sensitive details (such as passwords, email addresses, and network identifiers) before saving these logs.
We never collect these logs automatically. They are only shared if you explicitly choose to attach them to an email to ask our team for support.
